These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website www.desiredgolf.co.uk By accessing, using and ordering items, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please check this page from time to time, to notice any changes or modifications we have made.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and desired golf will be formed once we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the confirmation sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing & Availability
The price stated for each individual item at the time you order will be confirmed to you during the ordering process. We may however, change the price of any item at any time before you place your order.
Whist we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the website are accurate, sometimes errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, we will send you a full refund.
All prices stated are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
You must pay for each item you order at the time of processing the order. All payments must be made in UK pounds Sterling.

Payment Options
All payments are processed by PAYPAL for secure online shopping. Don't worry if you do not have a paypal account, simply click on "do not have a Paypal account" on the Paypal payment page.
It is completely free of charge to set up an account and will give you re-assurance and confidence of paying for your items, safely and securely online. Plus it only takes two minutes!

Delivery
Unless you have contacted Desired Golf to arrange for alternative or special delivery methods for your goods. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days of receipt of order and receiving payment. All standard sized items will be sent by Royal Mail Special delivery within the UK. This ensures proof of posting, signature required on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, so that your item can be easily tracked and traced.

- EU Countries - Royal Mail International Signed For - £5.00, includes insurance to cover items purchased - please allow 5-7 working days from date of dispatch.
- International - Royal Mail International Signed For - £5.00, includes insurance to cover items purchased - please allow 7-10 working days from date of dispatch.
Desired Golf cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery times that are caused by external influences, such as national and international public holidays & postal strikes.
Please note - All orders require a signature.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the nature and amount of items purchased.

Returns Policy
Desired Golf offer a 7 day returns policy.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Please be aware that returns received after the 7 days will not be authorised and a refund will not be issued.
Due to the nature of particular products we design and manufacture, please be aware that some items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Such items, will have this clearly marked next to the product description and this will be re-iterated within the confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order. You will then be asked to confirm and acknowledge this, before you make your purchase.
We can offer exchanges on all garments returned to us within 7 days. Please note, we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size, if a different item is required then a separate transaction must be made.
No refunds are offered when ordering a bespoke or commission pieces, due to the amount of time entailed. Full payment must be received before design and manufacture will commence. Delivery times will be arranged when confirming your order.
We will not be able to accept the return of any item, which has been worn and does not have the original swing tags/labels still attached, returned in it's original packaging, with relevant documents enclosed. You will be issued an authorisation code from Desired Golf and this must be included with your return item/s. Along with the reason for return and the original invoice slip.
On satisfactory inspection of your item, we will issue a refund. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 15 days (excluding weekends) for the refund to appear on your account. Please note that Desired Golf is not liable for the cost of returning your item, other than under circumstances where the item to be returned has a genuine manufacturing fault. We will refund the total value of the goods minus any postage and packaging costs. Genuine faulty goods will have the delivery charges included in the refund.

We advise you to obtain proof of posting up to the value of your item, recorded or special delivery is always recommended in order track and prove you have sent the items in the event of it getting lost in the post.
We are unable to refund any items you return to us if you do not have proof of posting and they are subsequently lost in the post.
If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact aaron@kpclub.co.uk ;and we will contact you at our earliest convenience to rectify.
Desired Golf reserve the right to refunds. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.

By registering or placing an order on the website, you consent to the collection and use of your information under the terms of this policy.
When you register and order products from the website you may be asked to provide certain information ie: name, contact details etc.
Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all of our goods and services. It also enables us to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. We may send you e-marketing flyers and newsletters to inform you of all our latest collections, promotional events and pending fashion shows.
